How long is the first call?
About 30 minutes over a video or phone call, at a time that suits you. Its purpose is to get to know your company, its goals and main challenges, not to deliver the full audit.
What happens after the call?
We send you a list of the data and information we need to review your campaigns, your tools, and how sales opportunities are followed up. Once we receive it, we start the analysis and prepare the audit report.
What does the audit report include?
A quantitative analysis with numbers and a qualitative analysis with observations of your current marketing and sales, with the biggest gaps, the opportunities, and the steps we recommend starting with.
Is there any commitment?
No. The audit is free and carries no contract. You leave with a clear picture of where your company stands, whether you decide to work with us or not.
Who joins from your side, and who should join from ours?
From Growthly, a growth consultant. From your side, the decision-maker in marketing or sales is enough; having both is even better.
