01

Why conversion was the number that mattered

A premium kitchen is a major purchase. Deal values are high, the buying cycle can be long, and more inquiries mean nothing if the people behind them are not serious buyers.

So the goal was never more leads. It was to grow qualified demand without sacrificing the quality of opportunities entering the sales pipeline.

Growthly increased qualified leads roughly ninefold without flooding the sales team with weak inquiries, a common problem when acquisition campaigns are scaled aggressively.

02

The challenge

Before the engagement, Nolte generated about four qualified inquiries a month, or roughly one kitchen sold every two months.

The core problem was not weak conversion. It was too few commercially relevant opportunities. Optimizing campaigns for the cheapest lead would have created the wrong incentive: more work for sales without more revenue.

In this engagement, a qualified lead shows real buying signals, such as:

  • Genuine intent to buy a kitchen
  • Sufficient purchasing power
  • A current or upcoming property project
  • The right buying timeline
  • A strong fit with Nolte’s premium positioning

03

Scaling demand without diluting quality

Growthly built a performance marketing system driven by purchase intent, not lead volume. The strategy combined:

  • Audience segmentation
  • Premium market positioning
  • High-intent campaign messaging
  • Lead qualification
  • Conversion-focused customer journeys
  • Continuous campaign optimization
  • Sales feedback on lead quality

Sales feedback on lead quality continuously feeds back into the campaigns

As campaign volume grew, Growthly used ongoing feedback from Nolte’s sales team to check whether the additional inquiries were still commercially relevant.

The result

Qualified demand grew roughly ninefold while the share converting to customers stayed almost flat, so the growth did not come from loosening qualification criteria.

Lead volume grew about 9× while conversion stayed nearly flat; the growth did not come from loosening qualification criteria.

Figure 5The math behind the result
Before

4 leads × ~12% = ~0.5 kitchens a month

After

35 leads × ~11% = ~4 kitchens a month

Volume × conversion = sales. Volume rose, conversion held, and sales grew about 8×.

Expanding into projects and B2B sales

Once the residential acquisition engine had stabilized, Growthly began helping Nolte expand into larger project opportunities. The target audience:

  • Real estate developers
  • Real estate companies
  • Construction sector players
  • Interior design and architecture partners
  • Organizations able to commission multi-unit projects

Growthly introduced elements of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), LinkedIn targeting and programmatic advertising to build this channel. The channel is still being scaled. So far, the strongest result is the core qualified-demand engine.

What changed

Growthly helped Nolte go from 4 to 35 qualified opportunities a month without a meaningful drop in conversion to customers. The pipeline grew, monthly kitchen sales rose roughly eightfold, and marketing became a more reliable source of real sales opportunities.

“Growthly helped us significantly increase the number of serious buyers entering our sales process without compromising the quality of those inquiries. Marketing has become a more reliable source of real sales opportunities for the showroom.”

Commercial Director, Nolte Kitchens — Libya

The principle

Scaling lead generation is easy. Scaling qualified demand without destroying conversion is where the real value lies.
